The Role
When I worked for OVERTONE from 2017-2019, the company was only beginning to scale. I joined the team as a graphic designer and email specialist. Working with our genius marketing director, Chanelle Leslie, we developed automations and regular email campaigns that helped the business grow that channel as a stable revenue stream.
After a year, I led our creative department and email marketing. During a year of launches, we leveraged our email list’s excitement to build press that garnered more awareness (“7,000-Person Waitlist For New oVertone Colour Conditioner” and “oVertone Haircare's New Shades Have a Waitlist”), created new product education flows, and worked on automations for repeat purchases.
