The Role
When I joined Streamlabs and the Logitech family, they were building out their marketing strategy and hired me as the Email Marketing Manager.
Streamlabs was mid-transition from scrappy startup to Logitech-owned brand. The goal was to build automations that helped gain new subscribers, retain existing ones, use data for personalization, and create infrastructure that scaled our marketing efforts.
The challenge? Our codebase couldn’t send data to our email service provider, and we didn’t get any email metrics. I worked with the engineering team to build an in-house CRM, and we got to work. I leveraged the data as it unlocked, quickly building new user automations, churn and winback tests, educational flows for the various tools available with their Streamlabs Ultra Subscription.
The brand saw almost 600% improvement in click throughs for campaigns, open rates increasing by 50%, and an increased global presence in multiple languages. With a list of over 2M, those were massive improvements for the brand.
